Indulge in pure luxury with an exquisite three-course lunch at Galvin at Windows specially created by Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Joo Won.

Galvin smoked salmon, beetroot, horseradish & dill

Ceviche of scallops & tuna, avocado purée, cucumber & coriander

Salad of seaweed & celeriac terrine, cos lettuce, romesco, nashi pear & truffle

Scotch beef steak tartare, pickles, & mustard mayonnaise

Seared foie gras, Iberico pork, brioche & tomato chutney

Homemade tagliatelle, girolles, broad beans,
basil pesto & parmesan

Seared fillet of halibut, chilli shellfish, mussels, hispi cabbage & chive oil

Pan-fried sea bream, king prawns, leek, potato & shellfish sauce

Roasted breast of Cotswold chicken, vegetables & red wine jus

Sunday roast pork, roast potatoes, apple compote & roasting jus

Sunday roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, hispi cabbage & peppercorn sauce (£6 supplement)
