Indulge in pure luxury with an exquisite three-course lunch at Galvin at Windows specially created by Chef Patron Chris Galvin and Head Chef Joo Won.

Salad of Saint-Félicien, French asparagus, baby artichoke & cervelle de Canut

Poached cod, sautéed potatoes, capers & beurre noisette

Galvin smoked salmon, beetroot, horseradish & dill

Smoked duck breast, slow cooked egg, bacon & mustard dressing

Seared foie gras, Cumberland sausage, brioche & tomato chutney

Homemade tagliatelle, vegetables, basil pesto & parmesan

King prawn & mussel risotto, smoked haddock & jalapeno

Fillet of hake, pancetta & petit pois à la Française

Malt glazed half roast chicken, pistachio, cauliflower & roasting jus 

Sunday roast pork, roast potatoes, apple compote & roasting jus

Sunday roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, hispi cabbage & red wine jus (£6 supplement)
