Andrew Sicklin is the Restaurant Manager at Galvin at Windows. In 2012 Andrew made his television debut when he appeared in the “Escoffier Series” on BBC2 with Michel Roux jnr.
Andrew is a dynamic and highly driven individual with a passion for the industry and service. His career saw him work with only the very best at the Savoy, QE2, RAC club to name but a few. His dedication and professionalism saw him progress from Maitre d’H in 2010 to his current role under the guidance of his mentor Fred Sirieix.
Andrew is dedicated to training and developing his team at all levels. The commitment he shows through his training of customer service is phenomenal, motivating the team to maintain the already consistent high standards.
In 2013 Andrew was awarded the prestigious Restaurant Manager of the year at the Hotel Cateys. An Award he truly deserves year after year.
